I've seen it mentioned a few times in the last few days, yes the masto soc team run an instance, yes that's hard work at times, yes they contribute to development of mastodon but so do people at glitchsoc, cybrespace and many other instances, while not all of their work may go back into the main fork/repo of tootsuite/mastodon, quite a bit of their work does, and not seeing them credited for it is starting to get to me.
